Serriously though, I will make no deals without researching who Im dealing with and a legal contract that protects all parties so Im not so worried.

Make sure having a website is something you have thought through. If you are going to split profits with someone and be locked into a contract you can't change your mind 6 months from now. Having a website is not as easy as a lot of new talent think and neither is being a porn star. Only a select group of men and women have earned that title. Good luck.
