I used to get up at noon but then I felt like I was wasting the day away - even tho I didn't go to be until four or five am. "Hey, it's like all you 'normal' people! Just 'adjusted' four hours later, that's all!" I would yell in over-compensation.

during the weekends I do my level best to roll outta bed at 7am (sometimes I over sleep) during the weekends sometime between 10am and noon... if I take sleeping pills I get up whenever but never really wake up LOL

Depends on a number of factors
1. Being when I went to bed.
If I am tired, I stay sleeping. I get up when I want unless there is a reason for me to get up sooner. Sometimes I do not get to bed until 6/7/8 A so I am not getting up until mid afternoon.
