looking for my ideal tube script

I am looking for a tube script that will do this:

- allow me to bulk import FHG galleries
- allow me to bulk import hosted FLVs
- all videos are hotlinked via my own flash player
- videos can be imported and assigned to categories
- once videos are all imported, the site updates automatically according to the schedule I set

Now, here's the most important features:
- one admin area that allows multiple sites
- sites are setup with templates, such that I pop in a wee bit of code where I want to display videos and the script automatically updates it with the videos
- uses htaccess mod rewrites so that it appears to search engines that all content is on the domain that is being displayed (and not the domain that is actually being used, in other words, no iframes or such)

If you are familiar with Site Organizer, I want something like that except for building tube sites, and using the htaccess SEO features like in Blogs Organizer.

Are there any scripts like this? If not, can anyone develop one for me?
