Ive done design for revenue deals and they never work out.
The best barter for design is to pay MONEY for it.
She could easily get someone to do something simple for her for less than $500, no need to go into some contractual agreement and have long term financial ties to ANYONE when its that cheap.
Hell for $250 she could get something simple and effective from someone like me ;)
