This kind of painting are done from pictures. It used to be done with dark cameras in the 500 years ago. Nowadays with the technology is easier to do it. The real skill needed is to handle colors. This paintings are not made from inventive or visual remembers, it`s copied from pictures.Comment

The fact that it's done from a photo makes it no different than painting a live scene. Also, keep in mind that these are LARGE paintings, as evidenced from one of the photos of her at work. So not only does she need to be photo-realistic, she needs to do it at a much larger-than-life scale, which adds to the difficulty.
As well, photo-realism is no less an interpretation than cubism -- it's a choice to use a certain set of rules and framework within which to interpret the scene. You make it sound like she's just copying something, not trying to start a flamewar but frankly, that sounds like you've never painted before.Donovan TrentComment

Not sure what to think of this.
If you copy a picture with a painting, you loose all the imaginative and creative aspects.
And it looks to me as if the painter paid very close attention to getting it exactly the way the pictures were taken.
Now if those were made without a reference, that would be true genius...---
