                  your call - you know that at least 5 affiliates will be given PS3's away and more than likely billing companies etc in Vegas - better to get in on the ground floor so that you don't appear to be ripping off anyone elses ideas.

                          In order to give everyone a fair shot I spose we'd enter everyone who does at least 5 or 10 joins in the next 3 weeks into it and then choose a winner and ship it the week before X-mas, if we can prevent our affiliate manager from breaking open the box.

                          That seems better than just rewarding our hugest affiliates.

                          I think the small fries should get a spiff now and then too.
