    If OJ "Did it" then...

The "censors" just denied the public the right to hear the truth.

I thought it had more to do with "common sense" than any laws.

Dude did it. The ONLY way I would allow him to admit it in writing or verbally would be if every single penny went to the Goldman's and Browns.

He already lost his civil suit I believe and owes I think like 33 million to the Goldman family? Someone else can probably confirm or deny this, but I think that's the case.

That was one of the grimy things he was supposedly going to do with this book is have the money not payed directly to him. It was supposed to go to his friends or some shit so he could sifon it back to himself without the courts getting it and making him pay the civil award.

That's what I heard anyway...I'm probably all wrong lol.

Nevermind, my post had nothing to do with this...I was thinking for some reason when Baddog mentioned the SoS law about the Double Jeopardy law and chimed in without thinking about it first.

Yeah, I heard you have to be convicted of the crime for it to apply.

Makes sense, but if you write a novel exploiting (or just admit to) a crime you, ahem, didn't commit then they should throw the Double Jeopardy law out.

The Goldman family was on Larry King last night. Their lawyers are looking into the monies OJ got from this. They claim OJ's check was cut to a third party, who gave the money to OJ. This circumvents the civil suit OJ lost, which opens up a whole bunch of possibilities to a whole lot more lawsuits.

You just know that eventually this book will leak onto the internet. Everyone will download it and read it, then a lot of people are going to be kicking themselves in the asses for not releasing it.
