What is the connection between an EXPLOIT spotted by THIRD PARTY PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE (Norton) and the justification of your complaint ("hijacking my browser") ?

First, read from the start of my thread...you will see that the browser has been hijacked...and all links point back at SI. The McAfee virus detection was a secondary test and also came back conclusive.
As far as the correct complaint link, do not click on the first link you see. If you read further, you will find the contact info for other types of complaints. I instead, sent complaints via their email option, which covers "non-telephone" related complaints.
And you are correct, this may not be the best link, but with both FCC and FTC links provided, I would hope one would reach the correct destination.
