A methodical person might have sought out the individual and tried to work it out first as gentlemen.

12clicks might be a dink here at GFY...but I can attest to the fact that outside of this board, the dude was reasonable when it came to solving a problem. I contacted him personally and he was quick to respond to my concerns. Civility works sometimes.
