If you're looking for a higher quality of life with a lower cost of living, amazing weather, everything you could want to do for less and closer (mountains, beaches and travel in the caribbean and central/south america), solid offshore banks and processing and no more red tape headaches...you should be here in Panama.

Costa Rica's had it and you're sure to be down the line in their ever-growing rampant crime wave. It's safe and getting safer here and we've got 5 - 10 years of solid investment to enjoy before things get to costa rica pricing.
