I am taking legal action on Paymonde and i need help
Please bookmark this thread, as i am sure it will brought up as evidence in my civilk suit as well my legal charges against Paymonde My virual card and all parties involved.
I would like to ask a few favors.
1: can we make this thread a sticky for ease of location.
2: we need to gather together as i have spoke to the FBI FDLE and Secret Service as well several business lawyers they state the case will be prioritized by the number of victims and amount stolen and lvl of crime.
3: could someone please gather all the useful information from other thread and place them here
4: Please refrain from a uda man type post please keep this thread to information for the courts to use.
5: any people with legal teams need to speak up the more lawyers we have the better our chances. I personally have a lawyer with a California BAR.
6: anyone who is interested taking action on paymonde should email me [email protected] should i can put a list of victim together for the the United States Secret Service they will be handling the case wether it Canada or the Phillipines.
7: anyone located in Canada please lets us know so we can representives there same for phillipines
8: we need your input please state as clearly as possible without hostility what this company/s has done to commit a crime against you legally or civilly
with the amount they owe to-date and the amount they have defrauded your members of.
9: please title your message, so it will easier for the lawyers to find what they looking for.
victim, information, crime, I will be placing a page up on my server spam free with the latest news so you guys wont have to ask I will link different thread here at GFY if that is ok with the admins of this site so you will be able to find out information you need as well as thread to find out the latest news.
10: please if you have are currently paid up to date by paymonde please send me a private email so we can show they are paying some people but mostly noone. i will keep this information to a need to know basis with lawyers and whatnot so as not interupt you payouts. Please understand you will be next to not get paid, i would suggest you do everything you can now to protect yourselves by helping us.
Lastly any information you submit to me by email i will keep strictly to a need to know guideline like lawyers and courts. i will not sway on this But I and everyone on this board need numbers on our side to get anywhere against these criminals.
