Before the purchase, I ask Kandah if i could see some more sample before deciding to buy. BTW most of the samples pic from the click here link are not even included in the package.
Anyways Kandah said if i didn't like the package he would refund me in full. So i didn't like it, asked for a refund and its been over a month with no reply or advoiding me.
So heres the deal since the package did not come with a content license lease it would be safe to presumed that Kandah is the content producer. Even if he is not the content producer, he implied or express that authority by not providing one. With that said it's safe to say that he grant full authrity to those who buy to resell if they want.
Every transcation must be clear and unambigouis. Since the question presented was not, I and others wont be liable.
So if you want to save 200 and get this whole content for free leave an e-mail.
