                              I can't imagine why a long established company like ccbill would send funds to (or rather THROUGH) a third party that is not a bank.

                                      That would be cool, but no it's probably not going to happen - but on the bright side, I have been promoting several CCBILL sites for over 6 years, and they have never skipped or been late with a single payment - they are very reliable and timely.

                                                              epass should send to ccbill so you get your epass money in a ccbill check.
