Will we have to semi train or train them, and then have the center say oh that person left here is someone else you can begin training?
How many hours per day and days per week are the dedicated employees?
Do they work during employers hours or do we need to contact and deal with them during Romanian business hours?

Well, like I said it startes at $350. We have a client who runs a VERY large TGP who has 2 programmers through us that pays 2200/month for this service and he's been with us for 8 montsh now.

Each clients request is different, so once we have the requirements we can quote a price, then we find and hire the talent and get started

So you're paying her $350 (and I assume taxes on top of that), which means she costs you more. Which also means that, in order for someone to pay YOU $350/mo for a staffer, you need to pay them much less. No, you are wrong. $350 is what I pay, I have some for $250. They pay their own taxes, I don't get into the tax game with Romanian Tax code. I pay my Romanian office direct who pays and manages them. Have you been to Romania? I have. Janitors certainly do not make $350/month there. I know plenty of very smart college educated full time people there that make less than 500 per month. Doctors there make less than $250/month.

What sort of guarantee do you have that YOU or the employee(s) won't take the work they do for a client and use it themselves or for you?

I would assume that no internal resources (databases etc.) would be shared or used for the clients. So if I have one of the employees build up a database of something, how can I be sure it won't become part of your internal pool or resources for your own use, or that the employee won't then use that for their own promotions etc.

If I were to hire a programmer to write some custom software, how can I be sure that you or the employee won't then take that source code, change it around and then release it as a standalone product?

These are just a couple of the issues that always prevent me from hiring thru outsource companies, but I sure could use the staff.

With a local employee, I would have an ND and a contract signed stating that they can't do those types of things etc. And because they are "local", that means I can enforce that contract thru the local courts if necessary.

Yes, the office in Romania handles the clients.. And no, the office is not responsible for paying their taxes, they are independent contractors working out of a base office.

No, i am not Romanian, I am American. I have my own corp's and pay my own wages to myself.

You sure you've been to Romania? NURSES make more than that.

It is not MY office, this is an outsource agreement with people whom i've done business with for over 5 years. I do not live in Romania. And no, nurses do not make more than that. The medical industry is government owned and paid for, thus they pay their people shit. Starting salary for doctors's are 200/month. Over time they get paid more, similar to seniority etc.

Working from home for US based companies is starting to become very big there, because they make much more than most people who work in Romania. over the last 5 years peoples wages are slowly becoming normalized compared to the USA. I used to get much better deals than i do now...

Well, a lot of peoples who work for international clients are starting to make alot better money than before. They are even charging prices in Euro's a lot of hotels, etc, even though they still use the Lei. I was suprised at how expensive goods and stores were... Especially restaraunts.. It's basically american prices. i really don't see how a lot of people survive very well there making what they do.

Perhaps some of you would like to help some of them out by having me hire them?
