The term "czar" is an informal ad hoc executive position that was made up by Time Magazine and then used by US presidents.
The main concern should be the amount of "czars" that has been appointed under Obama.

Another day...... another flood of Obamabot agitprop from our local DNC activist. The protests (dissent is patriotic remember?) and Obama's rapid slide in the polls seem to have you in a tizzy. Calling Bush a fascist or comparing him to Hitler was patriotic because it was "true".... calling Obama a fascist or comparing him to Hitler is outrageous and un-American because it is "false".
Unfortunately some us have trouble remembering which ideas have been determined to be "true" and which have been determined to be "false" by the Ministry of Truth. Not to worry as I am sure we will be reeducated at some point and we will see the error of our ways.

People were pissed at Bush because "HE DID" start a false/lie war, lied to the American people several times, and "HE DID" take away liberties, made crazy laws.. .he "actually" did it, he did bailouts - big ones.. and lots of crazy shit. It's not really about the people in the video. It's about the corporate interests that are waging a propaganda war to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars and the right wing media that are propagating it. These people are the victims.
