    Obama is my best friend.

    Not sure how he has done nationwide but this latest housing thing is really giving Minneapolis a boost. Go Obama!!!

          Obama didn't start that program. In addition to that all they are doing is trying to keep overinflated home values, overinflated. All of those first time home buyers will be in the same boat as all the first time home buyers from the no down loans, etc. Broke and homeless because they won't be able to afford the payments. There was a local news report the other day about a woman getting kicked out of her pretty much free habitat for humanity home because she couldn't afford the taxes and upkeep.

              Ok then whoever started this and got it going as hot as it is my new best friend. And why would they be in the same boat? Some of these houses sold for 200k and I bout them for 50k and I am now selling them for 100k. Seems like they are more affordable now.
