I wouldn't worry about it (too much)

I chose a random day in my stats and the average spend (total gross sales divided by the count of sessions) is $20.68. Seems a lot lower than your figure, but some sessions spend $2.02, some spend $69.50... in addition this cam sponsor doesn't link sessions to members, there's a few spots where there are sequential sessions with a total value of $200+ which are probably the same person.

So long as you're doing a reasonable level of sales and it didn't take you 3 months to generate this $120 gross you should be fine... chargebacks are a normal part of this business, unfortunately, but your other sales should more than make up for the occasional deduction.
