webcams.com has by far the best promotional content for you to use... we don't have build your own gallery but other than that we have:

every single image that is publicly available to members, searchable by model. The models are searchable by niche and you can generate a zip file with the images
Searchable movie database and online movie conversion tool so you can create your own clips on the fly in FLV, MPG, and MP4 format
The movies are very high quality.. some samples are posted below
Stock standard RSS feeds for both picture and movie blog entries and free hosted picture & movie galleries
Custom RSS feeds so you can basically build your own cam site using our custom RSS feed parser
Pretty much everything else you can think of
