It does look like a composite photoshopped photo of two girls, her head and arms are to small. But if she is real, and she might be, I would pay her a few hundred for a photoshoot session and then see what you can do in sales. I would not tell her where the photos are sold, lots of girls get too greedy to fast when they think they are hot material.
