GFY search how many people have stopped doing business with companies that support scumware, how many sponsors have come out against it, how many people now understand what it is and how it works. Even some people were promoting zango and now know how bad it is and how it works and they stopped.
Even if one little thing good came out of my postings, just 1 little thing, it would still be more then what you have done. So instead of worrying about my bitching, why don't you worry about youself and do somethign productive instead of bitching about my zango threads.

I stay away from this Zango drama and I only skimmed this thread, but this statement made me wondering. I thought the question here is whether will76 is "iritating" or not with his constant "crying" about Zango, and not wether Zango is bad for this business.
Because I think Zango - as a prime example of spyware - is one of the biggest threats to this industry. Just like potential credit card processing regulations, the .xxx domains etc...

i. What is your position with respect to zango installing spyware that overrides affiliate codes, effectively causing affiliates to lose sales/revenue?
ii. Do you believe this practice to be true and if so, do you believe it is dishonest and outright stealing?
iii. Do you believe Will's commitment to bringing this issue to light actually helps the webmaster community and is a positive contribution?
iv. If so, why are you trying to discredit or otherwise hinder a serious issue as this?
v. Lastly, if your sales were being stolen in this matter, what would you do about it? What action would you take?Comment
