Yes, someone who can speak without moving their lips, and uses a "dummy" as a sidekick in a comedy show... speaking for the dummy without moving their lips makes it appear as if the dummy is actually speaking.

yup
a really good one cna be very convincing, they speak without moving their lips, they usually have some sort of a puppet or doll and act as though it is spekaing

there is a really good one in the UK, cant remmeber his name but he has a ginger haired puppet called sam i think, they played at the royal variety show, i think, a few years back, wa svery good and entertaining
