how can someone change your password? he need to know username and control question to do that. and how can he hack your epass, he need to know username and control question again ... i thought control question is here to prevent people from hacking epass passwords and get accounts blocked ... everyday is there something new to learn

I am sorry but I am out sick to day but I just wanted to let you know that I just emailed your ePassporte message center with the IP the failed log ins were from.
For security reasons we might block a log in if there are to many failed log ins in a short period of time.
