No, they don't allow third party installs since the FTC ruling. According to them they are now squeaky clean and will probably be officially white listed next month when their installs really will be 200,000 daily like they claim now and most likely much more.
Allowing their customers to bid on each others sites and trademarked names and thereby stealing commissions from Webmasters as well as hijacking searches and all the other crap they pull isn't a problem apparently.
