An increasing number Japanese women are being diagnosed with what may be persistent sexual arousal syndrome (PSAS). Giving them orgasms almost every hour of the day, it has driven many to the brink of suicide and can be demeaning and debilitating.
"Even the vibration of my mobile phone is enough to set me off," says one sufferer. "My friend said there's something called Iku Iku byo (Cum Cum Disease). I guess I've got that."
Support groups already exist in the US, and will likely follow in Japan.
