quiet - the question I have is, by the time iBill died, you could have had so many other billing options put into place, why did you choose to just let it die with it? **Over the course of a few months, you could have had your users 'choosing' to switch over to the new biller, right?**[/QUOTE]

missed this. basically, i was burnt out (i pretty much missed all of my 20's working in my office at several computers, 13-14 hours a day, for years and years), so it a good excuse to just close shop. yeah, i could have made it go on, but just didn't feel the motivation, and wanted to finally start really traveling and getting myself back into shape. having time to read an actual book. things like that

shit, what was the question? i went from 6.95, to 8.95, to 12.95, and finally to 18.95, that is the price that made the best profit for us, and was the one we used during the big-time 5 years area.

yep, i'm skipping the olympics too. going to be pretty retarded. i'm buying a new place closer to the village (as much as i love creekside, this place is far larger, and way easier access for downhill biking, which i actually enjoy more than snowboarding (please god, don't strike me down) now. i'll still head to creekside for snowboarding in the winter. i have one of those treasured priority passes that lets you bypass the lines and go in the ski school line, for both the creekside gondola, as well as the red chair. myself and up to 3 other people

sucks you aren't coming up at all though...

                awesome story.
i kinda feel what you are saying with "SCALE. if you have something, anything, that works, scale that cocksucker up to as high as it will go."

well done and enjoy life at the fullest! you deserve it.

Nice to hear somebody who got out at their peak. Since your uw and uws domains point to nowhere, have you ever considered selling them?

Great success story. Not being a ball buster but why would you retire so quickly? If I was retired, i doubt I'd be posting here on a regular basis. Are you sure 2005 isn't when you should have retired? jk

yeah, i thought about it, but honestly, don't really want to part with them. i know, sounds gay (probably is), but i just don't feel the need to sell them. i've had plenty of offers though.

iusers.com is for sale though ;)

dude, i have gaps of 3-4 months when i don't post here at all. my real posting days are over, that's all in the past. sure i fire the odd comment here and there (i actually find gfy to be one of the best news sources on the internet, as well as nice place to shoot the shit about whatever). i still use the internet, and this place is a place i have been posting to for almost 10 years. i doubt i will ever completely leave it until it shuts down.

Did you ever try a higher price? 29.95 or even 39.95? Was there a reason not to use 19.95 and use 18.95 instead?

Don't you find it "boring" not having to do any sort of work\manage stuff?

Dont you miss having some "work stuff to do"?
