Can someone help me out with this. I am trying to figure out the best way to export or save our video files for high qaulity or HD video play in our members areas

Using adobe premiere can someone tell me the best export settings to use?

right now I have a 15 minute mp4 file that is 560 MB .. I know there has to be a better way.
