First of all, do you have registered your own dns ( ns1.mydomain.com, ns2.mydomain.com ).
If not you need to do that at your registrar level ( Godaddy ) :
- create dns servers (search their FAQ, it is there ). For each server, you need a dedicated IP
- then, again at your registrar level, you need to enter those dns servers ( ns1.mydomain.com ...) for each site you want to use those dns ( so in the panel of mysite1.com , mysite2.com )
or/and
- use http://www.zoneedit.com/ as a free dns . Just need to add your zone ( mysite1.com ) and enter the dns servers there.

or

- pay someone to do it for you or walk you thru .
