    Looking to BUY Websites with $2000/m and up Revenue. Budget: $120,000.00

    We are looking to purchase a Well Developed, Established website or websites with at least $2000.00 per month revenue.

    Please read requirements before sending us the details!

    Requirements:
    · Any type of websites, including Adult business.
    · The website/websites must be easy to maintain (We can only put in most 2 hours per day on each site daily as we are working on a few very large projects at this moment.)
    · Prove of last 6 months traffic.
    · Prove last 6 months income.
    · Prove of the ownership of the website.
    · Seller/s must agree to provide 2 months free support after the sales.
    · Escrow.com will be the only payment method, and we will take care of the fees involved.
    · Our Lawyer might be involved for the purchase contract. (yes, we will pay for all of the fees)


    Investment Budget: $120,000.00 (we do have the Cash on hand)

    This offer is great for the webmasters who need large capital for larger projects, or just pay off their loans.

      Friendly advice but it'd be smart to proof-read your posts and sound less aggressive. What's a 'silly price'? How do you know know you're not buying the next 'Digg', 'Wifey's World' or 'Hun'?

      In business most companies are valued at 10 times earnings. If a site's making $2K a month, or $12K a year - you're willing to pay $120K per site right?

      If not - and that's your total budget what kind of price to earnings ratio are you thinking of?

          ah, $2K per month = $24K year.

          10 times annual revenue is *way* overpriced. The best I've seen is 2-3x yearly profit, and most are valued at much less.
