But over 90 (NINETY) countries were watching this game, a game that ended with a classic Canadian breakaway goal by Joe Sakic, to finally put an end to the question of who is the best.
Both teams played hard, either one would have deserved the win, but from a pure hockey standpoint, other than for a few minutes in the third where the USA was really aggressive to get a goal, team Canada simply out-played and overpowered the Americans.
Basically put, both teams opened up a can O' whoopass, but Canada got it's can opened up a half-second sooner, and our can was much BIGGER than yours to begin with.

There is none higher. And no, it WON'T be forgotten in a year. Those are words that come only from a dumbass sore loser. This win will go in the books as historic.
