    looking for colon cleansers

    I am in search of a good colon cleanser.
    I found Colonix and it looks good.
    Does anyone have any suggestions?

              Haven't tried it personally...

              but I have used the pics many, many, many times to gross out friends.

                      Please before someone else goes onto one of these snake oil treatments. Do some legitimate research please.

                      Unless a doctor has told you after shoving a cam up your ass that you have a colon issue, your colon is more than likely fine and does not need to be cleaned out.

                      There are not any gerbils hiding up there. There is not a few pounds of undigested meat. There is not large amounts of other bile or crap stored up and sitting there until you wash your intestines out.

                      If you happen to have severe constipation then see a doctor, get on some laxatives, or have them put you on a mineral oil treatment. If those fail they can just flush it free with a little warm water.

                      Just please stop the insanity.

                                                  the stuff in the colonblow and the other cleansers i've seen have all been natural fibers.
