i got an offer for 120 considering it's a master account. but i'd sell it for 100 considering he's waiting until he knows for sure, that you can just give an account to someone instead of doing the whole transfer, i want to just give the account, it would be faster than transferring.. then all you have to do is change email/password and domain url

Unless it was a copy bought as a promo.. than it can only be re-sold after at least 6 months..
