What's the deal with youtube and sites like it that have tons of copyrighted music? How are they getting away with it, yet the RIAA sues any college student they can for D/ling mp3's.

yea but it makes no sense at all, because the RIAA didn't care if you had money before.. They were going after every broke college student they could. Was no real money in it for them back then.
