I am sorry but no one goes into the military as a 2nd Lt. unless they have been graduated via ROTC or a recognized military academy. If one has a college degree it may qualify one to attend OCS and obtain a commision upon graduation from OCS...but a degree does not automatically qualify one to attend OCS and one also must enlist as a private before one can begin to qualify to attend OCS.
