Here are the best pic we can find to show you are wrong

My post was made in the 8th segment (it means GMT-8 hours) so as you can see there's still 4 segment until the Changing date line (written in bold on the map).

So when I post my last post it was still the 11/11 somewhere on earth, wherever I do not mind, it was made on the 11/11

I do not mind loosing the auction, seems not to be the same for you...

All I can tell you is that if I'm not the winner, but I do not know how I can not be it after this simple demonstration, I WILL GIVE MY BID ($1300) TO THE CHILD CHARITY PROGRAM EVEN IF I DO NOT WIN

And last, but not least, I did not insult you in anyway so please do not try to fool us...

It's really sad to have to proove anything on gfy those days...

So what happened here? Did you actually sit by your computer to post at exactly the ending time and did your computer lag when you hit the post button? Must be frustating....

Anyway I'm sure you'll agree with me, the auction should have been clearer, with a ended time.
It was still the 11/11 somewhere in the world (even if it was not the case in LA) when I made my last offer, so it means I won, nothing else to say. (Check my pic)

As you said, you have 5 items on this auction, so you can keep the 4 you won, and forget this one, you lost... That's life !

Ok one hour over, you're right, from the LA pacific time (GMT-8) that means (it's what is written in RED on the pic) that, if it's 01:00AM in LA 11/12, it's still 11/11 for 4 timezone segments...

So my last offer was made on 11/11, and it was the last made. I won !

Sad to see that you won't admit your defeat, why ? Do not know, but seems unfair from you...

Second, thank you to both of you guys for bidding on this item for charity...it's a great cuase and the money will help the kids.

Third, I had an idea (ONLY IF BOTH POTENTIAL WINNERS AGREE)...since this is for charity we could relist the item on GFY or EBAY again for auction with clear rules and a specific time limit so it would be clear and no confusion.

Finally, If is NOT soemnthing you both agree on...I will then pick a winner from the two of you.
