I actually have zero interest in seeing two white trash rednecks going at if for 4 hours while screaming, "YEEEEEE HAAAAAAAW"...but I'm sure it will sell like crazy.

Its not about seeing it its about making money from it.
The really interesting legal part for me is the following:
1) Can the tape legally be shown without 2257 documents?
2) Who holds the copyrights for the tape? (In the article they mention it´s her husband)
3) Can a tape legally be made public without the agreement of all persons shown on the tape? It would be a legal problem in many European countries.
Man, I'm getting a boner just imagining what sort of shit that little slut did. Probably spat in his face while he was fucking her, digging her nails into his back and ass, hissing "wreck my cunt with your huge fucking cock you fucking bitch." Then, when he was about to blow, she probably threw him off her and jerked his dick like a can of spray paint in a desperate bid to coat her face with his manfrosting.
haha you really think it would be less of a bang than Paris?
It would dwarf Paris.
Lets hope. However, the whole sex tape thing is beaten to death. If this tape would have come out a few years ago, I think it would make a bigger splash. If it came out before paris, it would have taken down the internet. But now the "cool" factor of sex tapes has worn out, so I think that will have a bigger impact on sales, regardless of who it is.
I'm just saying I wouldnt bet all my money on it being bigger than paris, or even the same effect. Lets hope I'm wrong.
Cool factor of sex tapes? That wore out when pam released hers... Paris wasn't the first to do it you know... ;)
of course, but the pam tapes were released when less of the mainstream public was on the internet. By 2003, a lot more households were on the internet, and a lot more people were busting out their CCs to buy porn. So the paris tape made a bigger splash for a lot more of us.
I guess what I'm saying is, sex tapes are being released a lot now, and people realize its usually just shitty porn, with a famous person in it. I hope I'm wrong, I really do, but I just wouldnt bet the farm on it thats all.
Hopefully in a month or two I'm coming back into this thread calling myself a jackass, and we are all sitting around drinking fine wine and smoking $50 cubans while posting.

I may quote myself to get an idea of 2257 problems? Any suggestions?
I would love this story to be true. But this is the News of the World we are talking about with all their "a close pal said" and "a source who didn't want to be named" kind of crap.
A hack wanting to impress the Ed probably saw the fake tape that was doing the rounds last week and stretched the truth somewhat.
big question is, what program will be offering it to affiliates to promote?
Considering how much will have to be paid for the tape, you can narrow down the answer to about 5. Unless of course a few companies team up.
I wouldn't hold your breath though. After visiting the homepage of newsoftheworld.co.uk, I got the feeling that the site exists solely to stir a big pot of shit.
