When you sell content, do you include the picture with the models driver license for the webmaster?

Or do you just tell them that all the records are at your place if he ever needs them for any reason...

Interesting point about IDs, does the US driving license have a copy of the models signature?

We are constantly being doubted by webmasters because we shoot such young looking girls and are in the old Eastern Block.

The magazines now will not take anything but two goverment IDs one with the models signature on it. Usually passport and National ID

We photograph the model holding the IDs next to her face at the beginning of every set and send them with the set either digital or magazine. We also get the model to sign a model release in her native language.

Overkill, not really just making sure. The model release is very important, a model can always say "I did not understand what it said" if English is not her first language, ask a lawyer.

This deserve a new thread it's important

I believe that all US drivers licenses have the signature on them. I live in florida, and I know all our DL's have the persons signature right at the bottom. As far as 2 govt. ID's how do you pull that off? I'd say 90% of the girls I photograph don't have any kind of passport; a drivers license is about all they can produce for me, oh and maybe a few maxed out credit cards...

I wonder what would be a good second ID to get a picture of them with if they don't have much besides the drivers license...

Yes Matrixcontent removes the home adress from the ID as far as I can remember.

Everyone here has to have a National ID and this they get at 15. Also this is Europe and people here travel to different counties as easily as you travel to a different State, so a passport is not so unusual for them to have, plus there is a drivinl license which is similar to the US and a birth Certificate.
The bottom line is magazines are a lot tougher on us than webmasters and if a girl does not have the right IDs we do not shoot her.
This is the Czech Republic, there is nowhere in the world with so many pretty gilrs, we pick and choose.
I would be very careful and speak to a lawyer about what constitutes as acceptable second ID.

yes, we provide a copy of the models id with our sets. we block out the models real name and address. all california id's have signatures.

again, just don't copy or steal someone else's design. we all work way to hard to get our shit jacked. there is at leaset one content company that stole 100% of our site except for the background color. swear to god, when you go to this ite it looks identical to us except with a black background. literally, you go to there site and it looks like you cicked a link from us and are at a sister site with a new background. that sucks!
