    Florida has the stupidest voters, $1-million lost, vote disqualified

    Someone in Florida sends an absentee ballot in using millions of dollars worth of rare stamps ..... then the ballot is disqualified because it gave no clue as to the identity of the voter.

                                                                      But with what Florida is and that is a haven for retired people. They think it might be an elderly person with Alzheimers.
