    Paymonde Is Killing Me

    I have had it with Paymonde and all 3rd party billing companies. It took me over 2 years and a lot of help from friends to keep me aflot durning the IBILL fuck up. Just when things started to go right, this shit happens with PAYMONDE and I find myself in the same situation I was in 2 years ago (no money, and no income)

    My business is based in the USA, and I can't get a merchant account unless I have a EU address. Can anyone give me information on a good company that can help me establish an EU address? This is the only way I can get a fucking merchant account and stop the mother fuckers from fucking with my life. Any help will be greatly apprciated.

      Your pain is our pain. That's cuz your story is our story too. We fought back from the edge of extinction after Ibill and, like yoiu, things were looking brighter for us when this new, unimproved shit hit the fan.

      Rather than look for EU incorporation, I suggest first you check out Verotel. Their reputation is sterling, their service excellent, their pay-outs ontime and I'm assured they have a system in place to protect webmasters from the kind of fraud and chicanery that we've both just experienced (twice that is).

      The only silver lining in this whole cloud is that we had split our processing between NO-paymonde and Verotel from the start so we didn't lose everything this time around (but enough to hurt - OUCH!).

          What's the problem? Fly over to Europe, register a company and a residence in a low tax country like Slovakia and you are rolling ....

              well,right now nothing is too late...i think you will get your payouts and they are still able to accept visa.they got a problem.ok.but it is nothing that they cant fix.

                  adult merc.account in europe is not that simple. You don't need just an address, but corporate presence, a significant volume and a good transactions history.

                      verotel for sure.Only ever had one bounced check and they fixed it almost before the bank notified me

                          Dasbroot, I really do hope they pay us Monday, as me and all others can use the money. I dont know if you did business with IBILL or not. I was with iBill for 5 years, and they always paid me on time. When things started to go wrong, I beleived every lie they told me. After all, how can such a huge and known company, thats doing millions in business have a major problem I told myself? Not in my wildest dreams did I think I iBill will fuck me.

                          I stayed on and on and on, while they told me lie after lie after lie. Anyway, everyone knows how the story ends. I lost all my money, my rebills, my reserves, and my ass.

                          I have been with Paymonde since the day I left iBill. They always paid me 1 week before the due date. This time they didn't, but my due date shows Monday the 13th. So why Im screaming "the sky is falling?" Because right now paymonde refuses to comment on this sitaution. Emails are not being answered. When I call and talk to them regarding this situation, Im hearing the exact same words iBill used to tell me. Paymonde may or may not pay me this payment, or the next, or the next, BUT...I knew their end is near and all my rebills and reserves are lost. So why go to another 3rd party billing and have all this shit happen again two years from now?

                          We all should start looking for our own merchant accounts no mater how hard it is to aquire. If we dont, we shall all meet here again soon.

                              The worst part is that Paymonde has not stepped up and told their story whatever it may be. So many threads and no Paymonde response does not look good at all. Even if they do get this straightened out would you still want to bill through them?

                                  Hearing the pain samo and sorry to hear about your experiences with processors - you sure are not alone.

                                  Sadly, there is serious doubts about getting funds from Paymonde and it's something that cannot be relied upon.

                                  Next... to use an iBill term, "looking forward", - only my but, seriously suggest you have an entity formed within the EU. Webmasters are not "country specific" any longer and the more "tools" you have in place, the better. Foreign corporations can be used for other functions as well as just processing ability.

                                  Have said this already in other threads, but will repeat, - it is vital that you elect to use processors who have a business model in place to cover any funds in the event of a processor experiencing financial problems. The only two processors that I know of that have this biz model are based in the EU - SegPay.com and Verotel.com. The day of being "all good guys" has passed - it's now a matter of "where is the security paperwork?".

                                  If you do not feel comfortable with simply buying an EU corp, I can give you lawyer contacts (some of them can even be handled online), but, before going there, I'd strongly suggest you contact Kristi at SegPay who will probably be able to give guidance on this and ensure that the corporation is in compliance with VISA EU rulings.

When (and, more to the point, IF) Paymonde pays what it owes AND offers a sensible explanation for their behavior over the last 15 days will I stop believing this is a deliberate and loathesome effort on their part to defraud me and hundreds, if not thousands of other webmasters/site owners.

                                                  As noted in a different thread (at least I think it was a different one), hope is an admirable thing, but not when it blinds us to reality.

                                                              I'd say most of us are using multiple billers (Verotel/CCBill/Epoch) on our cascades, or switching.

                                                                                          If nothing else, it helps provide all the information for a lawsuit. If they are only going to keep paying the big fish, and fuck the rest of us. Eventually they will not pay the right big fish who they owe thousands to, and they will finish this company off.
