I think it was more than the birds getting killed, it was the fact that they were doing it with people driving by, and unless you have had a bird come through your windshield and almost kill you (I have) it's uber dangerous to the drivers!

How is that being a RAT? All it takes is one elderly person (or a bird lover for that matter) to swerve and cause an auto accident. Then you could have people injured or dying.

Hell I am all for having fun. I used to do some seriously crazy shit when I was younger. The thing is it didn't involve killing things or putting people at risk other then myself.

last time we had fun with seagulls was when we stuffed bread with soluble aspirin, the seagulls would eat it and explode when the aspirin started to dissolve and bloat them up.
