I think you may be misinterpreting the definition a bit. Look at the etymology of the word.
To me it reads as:
Anal sex between a man and a woman = sodomy
OR
Anal and/or oral sex with the same sex = sodomy

I don't think the definition includes a woman giving a guy a blowjob as sodomy. :D

In this case it's a female with a young male. By the definition, chances are pretty good that he nailed her in the pooper.
