10 models on a cam site = 5000 Euro cost

So i was speaking to one of my Spanish friends.
He is trying to get his models on a studio account on a Dutch Cam site that also deals with International traffic. My bud has 10 models, and this cam portal charges him 5000 Euro for this, with the motivation they make easy 2000 a month. He did not agreed yet.

But we, webmasters, send models and studio managers to a sign up page. From there we have to hope they start working soon. Now i find out that between sign up and work is a extra step, a 5000 Euro step. ( in this case 5 K )... this bugs me

Can people with some experience enlighten me if these ways of practice are normal?
Studio managers here, do you need to pay to have your models on a good site?
Should the webmasters who send models and studios to this site get compensated, and how is this to track?? Is there now suddenly a extra level of business for cam sites behind our backs? Who does this and who is not doing this?

I don't think you should pay to have your studio set up with a cam site. I wouldn't charge you.
But then again, every site can be different. And yes, if you are sending studios and models you should get your cut.

Yes, girls are ready to go, working for many years now. This client is very valuable for me, i don't wish for him to pay 5000 Euro for a shitty promises of 2K a month per account. I know he might get that easy with the models. But when he does pay 5K, i don't get nothing, and years ago he found that cam site on my tip and advice. I also think this cam site has no right to thread webmaster traffic like this, the respect here is totally gone.

i will always be open to forward interesting offers to my client regarding his models. They do work for many years on the biggest portals. They are all latin btw.

Back to topic; I do also want to know if there are studio managers here who had these situations.

I own a webcam studio and the sites I have the performers on have never charged me a set up fee. I take a percentage of their earnings since I provide the studio and everything they use in it. If your client is not an actual webcam and the girls are not working from his location, he should take a percentage but not as high as an actual studio they work from. I would try out Streamate, Camz, WebcamClub and Flirt4Free.

Back to topic: So you we`re never charged, this sounds solid and fair.

I will call the program tomorrow, and ask them in their own language a explanation on this. as a studio owner we always do marketing ads to hit our targets, we spend money for advertising, but 5000 euro wow is that to much grrrrrrrrrrrr

i can not think of anything stopping you from setting up your studio locally and using a us based webcam site that would have the traffic for sure and no crazy setup fee's.
also i know some studios and webcam models use dual drivers and such so they can work more than 1 webcam site at the same time, closing down 1 when they get a private in the other and vice versa.

Are you saying your offering my client free studio software and free licensing?
I just woke up, sometimes im dislectish and mix up words and understand it wrong.

I am more then interested in reading more from you. Knowing your software is one of the better concepts he would be able to work with and own his own site also.
The traffic is not a problem, we have streams for him as soon he has his own domain.

I`m keeping this thread in eye for she is also linked on a blog where models read the info.

The sites I use are US based. They do not charge you to set up and they have the traffic flow your client will love. They are also really good about working with studio's. I would check out the ones I mentioned earlier.

$5000 Euros in fees just to appear on the site? Tell your friend when he gets tired of throwing his money away like that, give us a call over at CamDough - we'll set his entire studio up on our network of sites without any cost. Then he can start earning money instead of wasting it.

I think ur probably taking about ENJOY.be . They dont accept new Studios or Models since ages ago.
But if you do really want an account there then you have to pay them that money.
The site is not new, is Old and stablished in the business, at least most Latin would like to have an account there.

Why are u guys surprised ?
What about Naked, they dont accept new models or Studios, they would most probably do this also in the future too.
