I am currently thinking about that whole amateur thing...
On the one hand there are some sites like (german) Xww.privatamateure.com that offer real (double verified) amateur content from individual members.
On the other hand there is that 2257 shit that forces webmasters to prove idenitity , age (and agreement to publish? ) of every individual showed on the sites.
So what´s the deal? Is it possible to accept member submited photos on his websites or are fake "amateur" contents the only solution because of 2257?
And what about copyright? Even if a member submits some pictures of "himself" along with some agreement and ID : how can one be sure that is in fact him fucking at the photos?
What do you think about that matter?

Last I looked Scotland had no 2257 law, or any of the UK or even Europe for that matter. Of course there are other legal hurdles to be careful of but for many people 2257 isn't one of them.
