I hate that I am considering going back to IE

After the last updated Firefox became buggy and a pain in the ass to use. It stalls when I start it. It closes down at random times for no reason and is driving me crazy.

I stepped back and reinstalled 3.0 and that didn't seem to fix the problems (although they are less frequent) but it is still annoying. So I spent most of today using IE 8 and it actually worked better. Maybe if I just wipe Firefox off my computer completly and do a full on fresh install it will fix my problems. . . If not I may be going back to the evil empire until the FF issues are solved. . . it makes me throw up a little in my mouth.

Yeah do a fresh install of it and also make sure it isn't any addons giving you a hard time. I found I was having issues with a few..

I can't even think about switching to a Mac. I have heard a lot of good stuff, but I'm not ready for that kind of change.

No, I went back to FF 2.0. And it works better for me.

I am so used to using Internet Explorer, I would not go with anything else. Firefox is a good browser but it ain't so bad using Internet Explorer. Most frequently used browser anyways.

Make sure it isn't one of your addons causing the problem. I was saying the same thing and then I found out one of my addons (extensions) was causing the problems.
