Traffic Exchanges - why do i feel like im getting fucked
Is there any cheap or free way to exchange unique hits. I've been to a few places but i always feel like im being screwed. I'm relatively new to this so i have problems maintaining 500 a day. any advice?

How are you tracking your exchanges? Try setting up a trade with my site.. If you send good quality traffic (even small amounts), you will get decent sized returns. Make a few more trades through 1:1`contact with the fuckers on this board, and you should build your traffic by about 30% a week.SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. -

Be sure to mix some non script trades in with your script trades...
On my non script sites, I always make non script trades with very few exceptions.... but then I'm not trying to grow to 300k in under 2 weeks.
