If you want people to fill out your site.. then don't require a recip for awhile.. Once you have your site filled out and good traffic comeing, then you require the recip.

Flamed for some good advise... Nice move! I looked at the site expecting to see the PR 0 and wondered what happened to the days when people knew how to "build" traffic/links. Starting with a no recip policy would be the smart way to grow the site, ripping someone that suggessted it is the "oppisite" way to go about things.
