First, don't bother with javascript (java and js are different btw) for breadcrumbs. It's silly, pointless and search engines don't understand javascript. Hard code your links or better yet, make them an include so you can change your internal linking structure whenever you feel like it so you don't have to manually change the code on 200+ HTML pages.
Then create an XML sitemap and submit it to Bing.

Now Bing will know about all your pages regardless of your internal linking system.

Great, actually only got my degree so I could work at a mainstream graphics house and the year I graduated, the internet bubble burst. Go figure. I have some friends that have no schooling and are much more proficient than I in lots of different areas, so I didn't mean for that to be crass.
I was using java because it has been handy in helping me reduce code bloat.
But yeah I see what your saying
