I recall that once they had an outage that interrupted billing and the original founders decided to pay us for the loss based on average sales. Not even your ISP will do that when your site is down. Additionally, if you had a serious problem or needed special attention, you could speak directly to the mangement even on their cell phones after hours. It was a partnership made in heaven.
