what makes this forum hang every so often on load?

Lots of times it's SpaCash, something's farked up with their ad. There've been posts about it, but nobody ever fixes it. Next time it hangs for you, watch the browser status bar, if you see spacash, just reload.

Just load one page with 50 posts, i am talking about source code of page, not banners and images inside posts. It's 90KB !!! I tested few more adult VBulletin forums, dids see over 40kb for 40posts/50posts (they dont have option to see 50 posts per page like gfy).

Some optimization could probably save lot of Bandwidth.

jup, just hit f5 and it should load fine again

i get DB errors and hangups every day using gfy, has ran this way for many years... sometimes I hit reply and go outside for a couple mins and come back and post will finally go through LOL

specially lately its been happening on a more frequent basis
