                                                              I doubt he's gotten any refferals.

                                                              Sigs are mostly for branding purposes. Most people will look at the sig every day and not sign up. But when comes the day they are looking for a sponsor in that venue (in this case, AMC's video library), they will think of the name and usually type in the URL (if they dont click on a sig) and sign up.



                                                              Thats what sigs are for. Getting the name into people's minds, not making direct refferals

                                                                      sigs are very good for branding, but with my huge efforts for the companies and individuals that i recommend (i.e. machinegunkelly) they pay off greatly. i also try and get the top spot under each "spam me with..." which normally picks up alot of referrals for either my sig sponsor or a designer/hosting company, etc.
