Well I logged into my account and it says Blocked Auths allow settle in the Status...that's a first.

Mine says that too, and I just signed up for epass about 10 days ago.

I requested they close my account 7 days ago now, and not one of them have been closed.

I might have to do something like that towards the end of them month. Not enough in there right now to make it worth it.

I just got off the phone with epass.

They are requesting documentation: DL, checking account statement (you can black out the transactions, they just need name and address), front and back of credit card, voided check, copy of credit statement. Login to your account and click on "Upload Documents"

What a fucking hassle. Have a wedding this weekend, won't be able to do it until Sunday. 2-3 days after uploading, the account will be unblocked.

glad I moved my money out last night and ordered that netbook or else it'd just be sitting in there frozen.

Gotta be someone around you that you can transfer some epass too and have them withdrawal it for you?

When I lost my epass a few years ago I had a friend from town (also in adult) meet me and I gave him a nice cut for making a couple withdrawals to hold me over til the new card came.
